Born
and raised in North Carolina, David
graduated from East Mecklenburg High School, North Carolina State University and received
his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of
Law--Bloomington. He
is licensed to practice law by the states of North Carolina
and South Carolina.
Prior to forming The Law Offices of David A. Concha,
P.C., David was an associate in two firms in Charlotte,
North Carolina. David has worked in various areas of the law
including Contract Law, Corporate Law, Divorce, Personal
Injury, Criminal Defense, and Family and Business based immigration.
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association. David is
registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Spain, for
his ability to conduct business in Spanish. David
has spoken on immigration issues to different employers,
groups, and on the radio.
David is bilingual and fluent in both English and
Spanish. David is the son of Immigrants and that is
why his profession is not only his job, but his
